Bungan Head Sunrise, why oh why do i do it to myself.. I needed a nana nap with the two year old today…
Another location beaten over the head by photographers in the past years, probably not a corner of this location which has not been photographed. Nonetheless, its always challenging to see what you can do with a location.
I really what to know about the history of this place, it can’t be that old, I would put it at being abandoned about 12-15 years ago…Possible somethign to do with the whole merger with Pacific Brands?
The one beach in Sydney where you are guaranteed to get a swag of photographer’s on any given morning, thanks to the plethora of courses that utilise this location for seascape session. It is easy to see why though, easy access, classic seascape lines and plenty of green stuff at the right time of year. Pretty heavy session after a full night without sleep, could have crawled up into that little alcove and gone to sleep :)
Dunlop Factory, or more correctly the photography factory, there are more people (including photographers) in this bloody building then out in the street, crazy stuff. Its amazing to see such a large piece of real estate unused and even more amazing to see the transformation it has taken over the last 12? years.
Check out these images of Lake Eyre, man I wish I could get down there now!
Lake Eyre: reflection in the outback
A new exhibition showcases Lake Eyre as you’ve never seen this outback icon.
Peak hour traffic, there was nothing for ages then suddenly they all poured out – they musta got those bags on eh ;) Fish were also pretty miserable, no bites… : (
