No blazing sunsets this day, but a very cool subtle band of colour in the opposite direction
It was no accident that the campsite was literally just around the corner from this tree 🙂
One of the very cool things in the snowy mountains is the way scenes change, even in the space of minutes blue sky can be replaced with whiteout clouds, makes for fun photography
If you look to the bottom left there is a little road that leads over a hill with a tree – that’s the spot where the previous Lake Alexandrina shot was taken.
This shot is 21 vertical frames stitched together, its a rather large pano now and my poor computer had a coronary trying to edit it…18242 pixels wide to be exact.
Probably would have been easier just to swap to a short lens and fit it all in on one shot…
