A real gem of a falls, reminded me of the falls down in Valley of the Waters, jet black rock with whispers of water drifting over the edge to finally tumble gently on golden paths
lots of landscape shots stitched together to provide a panoramic view of this falls, 5 images from memory.
Techie data:

A spectacular view, composed with excellence, Gerard. A different processing would be the only possible way to "improve" it but I'm not sure it could, probably only yielding a different but not necessarily better result. It's certainly not needed at any rate and would take us straight into the subjective realm… 😉
nice one Gerald. Yep, I'm jealous again 🙂
Interesting use of a UWA/panorama.
+Gerard Blacklock Congratulations! Your photo has been selected for display on http://www.besttopphotographer.com as Photo Of The Day for March 03

+Gerard Blacklock. Beautiful piece of work! I live in Lawson so the four waterfall walk is my local. Good to see more water than there has been over the last year. Drop in for a "real" coffee next time you're up here.
Nailed it 🙂 +Gerard Blacklock
Excellent again mate. I like this wide.
Beautiful image, beautiful part of the world….

Thankyou for your feedback +Stéphane Jean , much appreciated 🙂
thanks +Ian Browne , the thing with this scene is that even with a fisheye you would struggle to fit it in, hence why i stitch wide angle shots together – it's a bit of pain to remove the distortion but once you get the hang of it it can be done pretty quickly.

Thanks +Double Shot , you live in a sweet spot, I only got to the junction falls since i was feeling pretty knackered by that stage since I had done leura and bridal veil falls before hand. I would be keen to see the federal falls and also cataract falls, I will drop you a message when i go again, a real coffee would be appreciated 🙂
Thanks +Jan Krestyn, +Shane Williams, +Stephen Partridge and +Subodh Gupta
You are most welcome +Gerard Blacklock! 🙂
+Gerard Blacklock Cataract Falls unspectacular and really hard to get a good angle on. There's also supposed to be a Leslie Falls south of Junction Falls but I've yet to work out how to get there and I've not seen any images of it.
+Double Shot
sounds like a challenge 🙂 i like locations where people have not been/taken images 🙂 Leslie falls on my bucket list now.. 🙂
Pretty sweet Gerry – the golden orange stripe across the rocks shimmers like metal
A real gem for sure +Gerard Blacklock and a fantastic capture. Im pretty sure I know the one in Valley Of The Waters its a favored spot. Gotta go back there soon 🙂 looks like I have to add Lawson to the hit list as well.
+Rodney Campbell
yeah the polariser worked a treat from this angle, really brought out the true colour under the reflections.
+Matthew Fowler
definitely add Lawson to the list, great little spot, thanks +Matthew Fowler
