the ugly duckling

I dunno how many times I have read the childrens fable about the ugly duckling that was found by a regular duck mum and raised but finally found his way home, but I do know its a lovely story and hence I could pass up the opportunity for a few shots of these beautiful birds – and also 'cause chaos insisted on several images, most of which were taken by her 🙂
