Circus of Light

There nothing quite like just finding a great bit of cool art then plonking oneself infront of it – introspective some may say…but truly, its a glorified selfie 😉 and as such I have embraced the selfie.
Yep its certainly a circus out there 🙂

Salvation lies from within

Clarity comes from moments alone
Welcome to the Little Bay 😉

Little Bay is one of those little gems of locations in Sydney, a relatively large stretch of coastline dominated by the Golf Course (s) which has it all from rock shelves, to cliffs to sheltered beaches and most importantly of all, pretty darn quiet, for Sydney anyway 😉

Single frame.
Exif/setup data:
D7000 coupled with Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 @ 13 mm Aperture: f/9.5 and Shutter Speed: 1/30 of a second
out front – LEE 0.9 Graduated filter and Screw in HOYA circular polariser

Watching Night Turn to Day

A large rain cloud sneaked over Botany this morning, spreading like a cancer snuffing all light and warmth that was meant to be..sunrise.

Single image – triggered using a Phottix Aion wireless remote, these things are great for this kind of thing, heaps of range and pretty consist, works thru the pocket too 🙂

techie love:
D7000 coupled with Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 @ Aperture: f/13 and Shutter Speed: 1.5s
out front – LEE Graduated Filter (0.9)

Derelict

This could be the scene of some hollywood blockbuster, this place is like a time capsule from some early 19 something era war, the only thing out of place is me doing a – i should have donned something more appropriate 🙂 #gp-5 gas mask maybe 😉

Single image with only a fraction of desaturation since things were pretty bland with the fog.

Park Life

Never did i ever envisage visiting so many parks or for that matter really worrying about how many and how good they are until Chaos turned up. Now i am a regular park goer and even partake in a little of the climbing jungle gyms myself 🙂 Now i really appreciate a half decent park.
