Me and my dragonfly pal spent a bunch of time this morning drinking coffee and taking pictures… maybe i was doing all those and he was just chilling!

Nonetheless he certainly hung around for awhile and let me get pretty close, even hopped around onto different plants however seemed to prefer to the thin viney one which swayed alot in the wind, possible he liked the way the wind felt in his hair 😉

Quite to the contrary, this lovely piece of welded 10mm thick steel provides an excellent rest stop during my run and perfect support for a midway session stretches.

Not a bad sunset occasionally too.

Sneaky Glow worms

Its been quite a few years since I have been here, actually before they locked it all up and then reopened it 🙂

Its great to see it open at all hours and the glow worms absolutely thriving, even with all the visitors.

A quick visit on the way home, but next time I’m bringing some gumboots to really get in the water 🙂

So cool to see lots of glow worms on the outside as well..
