This one’s trouble as well…
at least i got one ‘normal’ photo π

EagleHawk Lookout
The ultimate lazy man’s sunrise session.
Literally park the 20 metres from this spot π I have never been to this spot before, however it is a good option if your tight on time and around this time of year the sun is rising directly over the three sisters. There are a bunch of trees which partially block the view but it could be worse π

Spider Moon.
No need to get up at sunrise and go for a walk in the bush to get a face full of spiders, I can now do it in the backyard with my new pal. SPider moon.
Thankfully after wearing his spidery buttcheeks more than once he decided to move his web out of the walkway onto the side of the garden which, conveniently placed him right in front of the moon the other night,
Its a bit harder than it looks to get the moon and the spider in the same shot (without compositing anyway) ya gotta line them up and then wait for the spider to stop moving around enough to et a sharp shot…and by that time the moon has moved.. π I used a off camera flash ( on rear) as well which gives it the frontal lighting..
cool looking spider i reckon.

Lightning
Walking back along the beech there was heaps of lightning action off in the distance – at 35mm i did not have much chance but I did sit here and take a couple of longish 4 minute exposures, oddly enough, one did capture a nice bolt, even if it was a long way away – probably a good thing π Knowing my luck i would get nailed π
