so buried deep down in some dusty old shopping bag I found a lonely piece of steel wool, one very abused whisk, (heat treated of course) and a dog lead. Just enough for one crazy wool spin, no performance pressure.
Nailed that sh$t.
Did a few star trails as well and Rodney Campbell was falling over in the grass trying not to end up in the lava tunnel.
I really feel there is some additional marketing potential for Sifa Steel wool (https://www.sifa.com.au), i mean its great for cleaning, buffing steel etc.. but with a lighter and some oxygen it can be transformed into something next level Happy to help out
Whilst out at Boora Point at some stupid hour doing crazy light painting, I noticed this clump of fungi next to the boardwalk btw thankyou NPWS for putting these in, so much better
than bush bashing and fending off the face eating spiders.These were not glowing that much, however enough that you could see it with the naked eye, moreso since it was in a dark spot and it was a moonless night…the quality of the image is a bit questionable, its got alot of noise since it was 4mins long at ISO 3200, i think my sensor has had enough, its gettign worse
with Rodney Campbell‘s bat balls.
There are two key points to be made here…
1) No endangered micro-bats (Eastern Bent-wing Bats if your wondering) were harmed in the making of this image.

Rodneys been shopping on Amazon for weird umbrella sticks that light up – worthwhile purchase i might sayand here is a fun fact for today that I learnt, the roosting sites of bats is highly dependent on the humidity of the site, too moist means unhappy bats… on that note feel free to crawl thru the dark tunnels of malabar during this wet spell with less chance of being mauled in the face by a savage micro bat – seriously, have you seen the fangs on them?
anotehr fun fact, this particular bunker was used to house the 6 inch calibre gun which could reach 20kms… sadly it was british made, which means it was probably 3 times as complex as it needed to be but still thing of engineering beauty

soooo…. life is all about motivation, given a little bit of motivation in the form of legal product called sugar and coca (should be outlawed i reckon ) and it’s
amazing 1) how fast these things can be found and 2) how thorough the task of finding them can be carried out..you might see where i’m going here.. the same motivation does not extend to say… the lost toothbrush which is hiding in plain sight even tho said child (s) left it there less than 12 hours ago or the jumper that can’t be found but is lying on the bedroom floor ? or one of the 13 million hair brushes covering nearly every corner of the house…
maybe the answer is attach chocolate eggs to all the mundane items that need to be sourced during the normal course of preparing oneself for the day ahead…
anyways, a good egg hunt (or two) was had by all….
