Gotta love nature, its amazing how these icy sticks form and how quickly they disappear.

since sometimes the best views and colours are to be had on the other side of the sunrise
This few minutes before the sun comes up is my favorite time for photography, the soft pastel colours

🙂
I really do love my Panoramic images. Oddly enough I find panoramic images alot easier to compose at the moment than conventional 6*4 format images.
Ironically, with googleplus I find the standard format images, like the 6*4 and 4*6 images seem to get more exposure and consequently more spam, hence all the more reason to buck the standard and go panoramic 🙂 you shoudl try it some day 🙂 its easier than it looks!

Even when ya's kick me in the shins (thats both of you by the way)…
Even when ya's lie to me about not eating all the cake in the fridge before breakfast….
Even when ya's eat all my sugar in my coffee sugar jar…
Even when you do my head in when your meant to be asleep…
I still love both of you 🙂
We have got attitude to match our new found attraction to funky headwear.. not shy to voice her opinion and loudly at that, soo much so that we have pretty well lost our voice 😉
Wind Bent Snow gum
will stop us going out for a hunt at low tide.
Probably the only thing that will stop us is when we stick our finger into something that bites !
Its always great fun to trawl around at low tide and find all the creatures hiding in the rock pools waiting for the sea to return.
This particular day was filled with starfish, seaslugs, crabs and finger eating sea anemones..
All poo's are now graded according to the number of wipes required 🙂 in this case it was a 4 wipe explosion 😉 hence the subsequent smile at having a dry, clean bum.
The first image is the pre-clean indignation "put the camera down dad and just clean my bum eh?"
Dead Horse Gap
chaos vs ruru
(I have alot of these 😉 )
view large.. or go home 🙂
ya know its a bit chilly when icicles form on wind blown rocks.
From this view you can almost see where Dead Horse Gap starts (bottom right), this is the view you get as you approach the first plateau at the top of Thredbo.
The colour in these is simply fanastic!
