If winter is this beautiful and pristine, then bring it on! Did you use snowshoes to get through the giant drifts? Seeing the sunstar making the crystals sparkle like the tiny gems they truly are makes me gasp with awe, so how much more incredible would it have been to have actually been there!
+Carolyn Fahm it is now our spring and these where taken at probably the last big snowfall of the season. Yes, I used snow shoes, even with these there were plenty of drifts that caught me awares and I was up to my knees in snow 🙂 That moment as the sun breaks over the horizon and sparkles thru the icicles is just magical and the photo does not not do it justice!
