1. We all waited around for half an hour yesterday because they put the bags from the wrong Perth flight on our carousel. I suspect that was more to do with human error than industrial action.

2. : ( unfortunately there appears to be a real negative stigma around strikes and qantas, i feel the whole situation just backs all parties into corners.
