Attempted, got wet, now heading for home with tail firmly planted between legs. It's a wet wet wet autumn
I tried to get some shots here in New Brunswick Canada. It was a struggle as it's cloud and extremely windy. Couldn't get my tripod to sit still and couldn't find a protected spot from the wind. A little frustrating.
I tried to get some shots as well. Cloud and rain in Sydney unfortunately.
Clouded out well and truelly in Port Macquarie

+James Mann thats a shame, was it much to watch? ie was there any colour to it? actually, over your way it would have been night time right?

+Gerard Blacklock it was pretty cool actually although frustrating because of the wind and clouds. But the moon was blood red for a while and then just disappeared. A moment or two later the sun was hitting it again and the edge turned bright white and then the white light slowly moved across the moon.
I did upload a couple of photos of it this morning.
I feel blessed to have seen it because if the clouds were slower and any thicker I would have missed it all together.
Sorry , still got three more.
