Dunlop Factory, or more correctly the photography factory, there are more people (including photographers) in this bloody building then out in the street, crazy stuff. Its amazing to see such a large piece of real estate unused and even more amazing to see the transformation it has taken over the last 12? years.

So, what happens when the lights go out? AW139 NVG compatible cockpit, now this a serious helicopter – a real step up (well that could be debated) from things like the BK117 or B412

So, what happens when the lights go out? AW139 NVG compatible cockpit, now this a serious helicopter – a real step up (well that could be debated) from things like the BK117 or B412. Check out the Standby Attitude indicator (thats the little blue display in the centre next to the moving map display), even that thing is digital! I take a small amount of comfort know everything requires electrical power! Take me back to the days of gyros powered by suction generated by a venturi 🙂

Glebe Tram Sheds – history is about to change, Harold park raceway has fell dormant for some months and the slow arrival of construction demountables and other equipment is slowly appearing. The old access haunts are still available however increased security surveillance means the opportunities to capture the last few images of a place which has seen more paint work then the harbour bridge is getting scarce.
