Roasting up a batch of Myanmar Maymyo and Colombian Volcan Galeras Especial.
This will be my first run of a Myanmar coffee so I am keen to see what it ends like, the Colombian is a old favourite and go-to bean, so easy to roast that I can pretty well leave it to roast by itself !

Its incredible how the scene changes from a snow covered scape into a lush wildflower blanket, 7 months ago I looked over this area and it was nothing but white out and a few rocks showing.

Taken half way on the Blue Lake walk in the Kosi National park, littleE deserves a shout out for her effort, even if she was carried by mum for the entire way, she did it with grace and style (and slept most of it) 🙂
