Roasting up a batch of Myanmar Maymyo and Colombian Volcan Galeras Especial.
This will be my first run of a Myanmar coffee so I am keen to see what it ends like, the Colombian is a old favourite and go-to bean, so easy to roast that I can pretty well leave it to roast by itself !

+Gerard Blacklock Didn't realise you were such a coffee fiend 🙂 Interesting about Colombian, my Pavoni seems to work best with Colombian Supremo beans, but haven't been able to get any for the last year or so, very sad.

+Chris Sutton I find all the colombian beans I have done are all good, i think it has a lot to do with the fact they are a very easy bean to roast as well. Probably not so much a coffee fiend.. just like owning the process of what gets to my cup as much as possible 🙂
