Malabar – you can just see the Boora Point Battery on the headland if you squint :)

Did you know that the rifle range here is built on a toxic waste dump? i did not either, no more snorkeling at Maroubra for me 🙂

There is apparently a tram line and a a couple of tunnels that were there to service the battery points, but thats for another day.
