Sydney Opera House

Sydney Opera House
Trying out the Kase Night Filter, its an interesting filter, even used in this situation which is not entirely what it is designed for, it adjusts colour casts typically associated with city lights and light pollution.
One very positive thing about it is the fact there appears to be no effect on sharpness which is always a concern when stacking more glass out the front, in general all of the Kase stuff I have tried (and own) excels in maintaining sharpness.

Sydney Opera House – Kase Night Filter,

The 3 Sisters

ha, i made them stop here and look at the 3 sisters just to get this cheesy photo
The new lookout platform and walk way is good I reckon, lots of people seem to be dissing it but it works well and opens the place up a bit more and seems to be more accessible…

Bushwalk…

Makes you feel old when your kids are telling you to hurry up…
Centennial glen, a favourite little waterfall of mine, out of the way and very few people visit it, the location is more popular with the rock-climbing crowd where there is a nice overhand wall which seems to tick all the boxes and always seems to have someone hanging off it:) .

Its also only a short walk which meant its suitable for all three of these crazy chops, anyone who has been to this spot will appreciate the fact its not made for those of us with a larger stature, these little ones could not figure out why it was so hard for me as I’m bent over double crawling along the tiny rock ledge to get to the head of the creek and waterfall. If anyone was gonna fall in teh drink it would have been me

Shopping, country town style.

My kids absolutely love this little craft shop (Kendall Craft Co-op), such a great range of home made goodies and so many cool soft toys (like we need any more of those right Sarah Joy), Little E picked up a really cool little stuffed cat toy (the best kind of cat oohhh i hear you say, thats a low blow )

Great to see them open again after a long covid hiatus…

What I loved about my grandparents is that they did not worry about kids climbin

What I loved about my grandparents is that they did not worry about kids climbing on stuff, even when I told my kids to be careful they were like ‘its ok they are alright’ or ‘just watch out you don’t hurt yourself’

As i look at our lounge at home, with pen marks, stains and god knows what else.. really, does it matter? your only on this planet for a short time, there are bigger and better things to worry about…

Here’s little E working out how to use grandpas cool chair which vibrated, lifted up, laid down and generally is the coolest thing for any kid to play on…
