+Gerard Blacklock that's cool, such a small piece of man's handiwork on the edge of a rather large ocean. Very nicely done Gerard. (and those sheep are crazy…. 🙂 )
Bonita fotografía, saludos.
Congratulations +Gerard Blacklock your photo has been added to our BTP PRO Landscape Featured Collection! Be sure to follow our wonderful collections to see many great works in including yours! Have a wonderful day! Nancy Dempsey
Great shot Gerard! Very nice to see this iconic place with a wide view!
Superb shot Gerard, you take us all the way up there…!
Great pano, amazing mood! +Gerard Blacklock where do you find the time to retouch and publish all these shots in so little time? Did I miss some gadget that bends time? I absolutely need one! 😀
Fantastic landscape sceneary of the nature's beauty captured along with the light house at the verge of the earth and sea water. Very nice. Thank you friend.
love this. very 'moody'.
In full screen I got to enjoy the lovely sheep living like lords on that green, green grass. The Neist Lighthouse is a beautiful sight perched right at the tip of the peninsula. This is a place I always wanted to visit but the nearest I came is flying over it, which makes me doubly happy to be able to enjoy this glorious image.
thanks +Claudio Beffa – unfortunately no nice cool time machine gadget, although that would be very handy 🙂 I am pretty slow at getting thru pictures and always leave a whole bunch unprocessed, this one is from back in July so plenty of backlog 🙂 I do compromise alot not, even if it the picture is not quite perfect in my mind I still just push it out, otherwise I would never finish anything 🙂 Thanks for the comment and I bet you have a big backlog from your recent travels.
+Carolyn Fahm that would have been quite the sight! I can only imagine it would really stick out when viewing it from the air. Thankyou for the kind comment
Absolutely gorgeous photography, the scene is just stunning and doubly so for me for I'm a Fantasy lover and can see a Lizard at rest and enjoying the scene before him as he contemplates his next adventure 🙂 thank you so much for sharing Gerard 🙂
I understand perfectly what you say +Gerard Blacklock and considering that you have two daughters you seem more like a hero 😀 I have no children and a backlog that's long from the last month to early 2014…. I need an afterburner or a time-stopper machine! Cheers 🙂
Great shot Gerard, I took almost the same shot a few months back myself. (Posted on G+) Stayed at Dunvegan for a couple of nights and was lucky enough to get decent weather, something the locals tell me is not that common. Gotta love Scotland though! Cheers.
Beautiful work +Gerard Blacklock
