The last time I flew QantArse, I found that it would be more pleasant to get multiple teeth extracted than having to deal with their rude staff. Not a chance I would even try DeathStar. I now fly with that airline whose name suggests it has never done the 'hokey pokey'…

Last night on +Qantas melb to Brisbane we left late as usual. For the 2hrs in flight they spent 1.5 hours talking in the back of the plane about other staff. I know this as I got a earlier flight and sat at the back. They grunted when people asked them to move so they could use the loo. No wonder why they struggling.
Yep – in general, I agree with terrible service standards on Qantas… and the less we say about the city of Parramatta, the better !!!
My first flight Singapore Sydney on Qantas ten years ago, when the drinks trolley rolled out, I asked for a glass of water as well as a glass of juice. The answer stunned me into silence – "No Sir, you've got to choose which one!"

lol I think the quality of airlines has just gone downhill – but then again, you do get what you pay for I suppose!
