thanks, whilst its is a surprisingly beautiful location, it is however, as you have found, quite a tricky place to compose and get a nice shot. I shot nearly all my images from the morning in the portrait orientation but really wanted a panorama view… next time i guess π

yeah it is a great lens, even when used on full frame π
thanks mate.
Yes definitely +Gerard Blacklock I'm yet to go back there as I lost my remote between some boats last time hahaha. Spent the remainder of the morning searching for it, successfully at least. Your shot is just beautiful!! Love the compostion and light. (I don't think I have to mention how much I love LE's) Got some new gear to try out π
+Robert Johnstone
well, technically it's a different image, the other one is shorter exposure version so i would say not a rehash π however now that you mentioned it, I have another version (different shot same composition) which I may well post just for you π have a good week dude.
+Sabine Kaufmann bugger, only after being there can one appreciate this fact… getting anything out of those boards below the boats would be near impossible. What LE gear did you end up getting?
Your welcome Gerard
+Gerard Blacklock your welcome Gerald :-))
Thanks for sharing
Couldn't agree more on the location. So difficult. Not much new LE gear, but the D750 and the 16-35mm π although I am actually waiting on a few new filters as well. Had to stock up a bit +Gerard Blacklock
