   i did get to stick my head into the towers the other week and one thing I did notice was the noise, the cooling requirements for 40K lumens is pretty intense 🙂 if you were in the tower for any length of time ear protection would be a must 🙂 Most projections have two or more towers to get the full coverage and i guess depending on the distance to subject would dictate the lens focal length – needless to say methinks those lens would be a tad on the pricey side 🙂

   well you see, i did this trick mod to my 24-70 where it removes the 2 and puts in a 1 to get a awesome newtonian wide angle lens 😉 …
