Just another typical Norwegian Scene

same old same old πŸ˜‰ nothing to see here
but if you do view it, view it large πŸ™‚

some boat,. floating around on a icey cold large lake (they call 'em fjords over there) and a few snow capped hills in the distance…
Behind me was this pretty cool campsite, if we had known about this spot we would have definitely stayed the night here, imagine sunset over those hills πŸ™‚ Its a spot about 20 minutes (a hour if you stop for photos πŸ˜‰ ) out of Olden.

  1. Everything to see here! At full screen the fjord seems to go on forever. The only lake I have even heard of that has similarly turquoise water is Moraine Lake in Alberta, but this magical place that you have delighted us with stands alone in its magnificence. The boat seems to be suspended in translucency. This is a place where the spirit soars from the sheer glory of the landscape. I cannot thank you enough for sharing these heartstoppingly beautiful images with us.

  2. Thankyou +Carolyn Fahm , that Lake Moraine is in teh Banff National Park canada, i have seen many beautiful image of this place and it would be a wonderful place to visit and photograph, maybe one day πŸ™‚
The water in this fjord and many others was an amazing colour, they range from almost creamy white to crystal clear..
Have a great weekend +Carolyn Fahm
